Double-Booking Protection — Now Live
Nothing erodes customer confidence faster than showing up for an appointment that was booked twice — or worse, booked over someone else's slot.
With Version 3.0.6, we've deployed a new appointment integrity guard that actively prevents duplicate bookings from being created during the scheduling process.
This protection is now live for all dealerships on our supported middleware-based scheduling platforms, including:
- techWALL
- myKaarma
- PBS
No action is required on your part — the safeguard is already working behind the scenes on every call. Your service lane stays clean, your advisors stay confident, and your customers get exactly the appointment they expect.
Support for Anonymous & Blocked Callers — Coming Very Soon
Some of your customers call from restricted, blocked, or anonymous numbers — and every one of those calls matters.
We're pleased to share that native support for handling incoming anonymous and blocked callers is nearly here. We've been working closely with our voice infrastructure partner, and direct support for these call types is expected to roll out imminently.
Once live, Alpha Drive AI will be able to answer and assist these callers with the same professionalism and scheduling capability as any other call — ensuring no customer is ever left unanswered simply because of how their number displays.
We'll share an update in this space the moment this capability goes live.
Introducing Our DealerFX Integration — Now in Beta
We're thrilled to announce that DealerFX support has officially entered beta.
DealerFX is a completely distinct platform with its own scheduling architecture, which means this integration has been built from the ground up as a dedicated product offering — not a variation of an existing one.
Here's what to expect during the beta phase:
- Sandbox implementation is underway, allowing us to validate the full scheduling workflow in a controlled environment
- Our first pilot dealership onboarding begins this week
- As with any early-access integration, we'll be iterating rapidly — refining the experience over the coming days as we work toward full parity with our established integrations
