Our latest release includes meaningful improvements to both the AI Voice and the Alpha Drive Portal. From more natural conversations with callers to enhanced reporting, live call monitoring, and booking visibility, this update makes it easier than ever to manage your AI-powered customer interactions.

Smarter AI Voice Conversations

More Accurate Business Hours

Your AI now references your dealership's actual operating hours and communicates them naturally to callers.

This means:

  • More accurate responses for each department
  • Better handling of dealerships with different Service, Parts, and Sales hours
  • Fewer situations where callers are incorrectly told a department is closed

Department-Specific Answers

Customers can now ask questions such as:

  • "What time does Parts open?"
  • "Is Service open today?"

The AI will provide the correct department-specific hours or clearly explain if that department is not available at your dealership.

Improved Service Drop-Off Experience

The AI now provides better guidance around service appointments by answering questions about:

  • Earliest vehicle drop-off times
  • Latest drop-off times
  • After-hours and night drop-off procedures

When appropriate, the assistant will seamlessly connect callers with your service department for additional assistance.

A More Powerful Dashboard

We've redesigned the dashboard to surface the information that matters most.

Live Calls in Real Time

Previously known as Live Conversations, the new Live Calls experience lets you:

  • Watch active calls as they happen
  • Open a live transcript that updates in real time
  • Monitor customer conversations without waiting for the call to end

More Accurate Live Call Counts

Live Calls now update immediately when a conversation ends.

Calls will no longer appear as both active and completed at the same time, giving your team a more accurate real-time view.

Scheduling Rate Front and Center

Scheduling Rate now has a redesigned dashboard card and has been moved into a more prominent location so your most important KPI is always visible.

Cleaner Dashboard Design

We've simplified the dashboard layout to reduce clutter and keep the focus on the metrics your dealership uses every day.

Improved Completed Calls Experience

Reviewing customer interactions is now faster and more flexible.

View call details using:

  • Split-screen view

Choose whichever workflow best fits your team.

Synced Call Recordings

Transcripts now stay synchronized with audio playback, making it much easier to review conversations and coaching opportunities.

New Time-of-Day Filtering

Need to review only afternoon calls?

You can now filter calls by a specific time window, such as:

  • 8:00 AM to Noon
  • 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM

This filter is available across:

  • Completed Calls
  • Daily rollups
  • Reporting

Searching by customer name or phone number now automatically expands the correct dates, helping you locate conversations much faster.

Note: CSV exports are temporarily unavailable while we complete additional improvements. Export functionality will return in an upcoming release.

Better Reporting and Filtering

Reporting is now more consistent across the entire portal.

One Unified Date Filter

Completed Calls, Call Reports, Department Dispatch, and Bookings now all use the same:

  • Quick date presets
  • Custom date ranges
  • Reset functionality

Filters That Stay With You

Your selected filters are now saved directly in the page URL.

That means:

  • Refreshing the page keeps your filters
  • Sharing the link with a teammate preserves the same view

Seamless Navigation

Opening reports from Completed Calls now carries your selected date range into the report automatically instead of resetting your filters.

Bookings Just Got Better

We've strengthened the connection between AI conversations and scheduled appointments.

Appointment IDs Now Included

Each new booking now stores:

  • Appointment ID
  • Customer phone number

making it easier to match appointments back to their originating conversation.

Everything in One Place

The Booking Details page now includes:

  • Conversation transcript
  • AI summary
  • Call recording

giving advisors and managers complete context without switching between pages.

We've also made several reliability improvements throughout the booking experience.

Enhanced Department Dispatch (IVR)

IVR reporting is now significantly more useful.

Instead of only displaying a transfer phone number, Department Dispatch now shows:

  • Customer name
  • Customer phone number
  • Destination department
  • Department phone number

This provides much clearer visibility into how calls are being routed throughout your dealership.

Department Dispatch has also been relocated within the navigation for easier access.

More Reliable Call Recordings

We've resolved an issue that occasionally prevented recordings from playing correctly.

Call recordings now stream more reliably for smoother playback and easier conversation reviews.

Improved Email Experience

System-generated emails have received a refresh.

Users will now receive:

  • Alpha Drive branded invitations
  • Branded password reset emails
  • Dealership-specific branding where applicable

We've also improved overall email delivery reliability.

Better Notification Controls and User Access

Administrators now have greater control over notifications.

Configure:

  • Daily report recipients
  • Daily report delivery time
  • Immediate notifications for booked appointments
  • Immediate notifications for transferred calls

Users can also now access every page their assigned role permits, creating a more consistent experience across the platform.

We've also streamlined the Settings area to make launch and ongoing administration simpler.
