Scheduling Rate now measures how often customers who intended to schedule an appointment successfully booked one, providing a much more meaningful KPI than comparing bookings against every inbound phone call.
We’ve also:
- Added a dedicated Capture Rate metric
- Aligned Dashboard and Completed Call reports so they always match
- Improved KPI descriptions throughout the portal
- Corrected rare situations where Scheduling Rate could exceed 100%

We’ve substantially improved vehicle persistence during booking, resolving the vast majority of previously reported booking issues.
Cancellation and rescheduling workflows have also been enhanced, allowing existing appointments to be located more reliably and updated successfully.
techWALL
Additional validation has been added throughout cancellation and rescheduling workflows.
Most importantly, we’ve introduced safeguards that prevent existing appointments from being cancelled before a replacement appointment has been successfully validated.
xTime
We’ve continued improving customer matching, vehicle recognition, transportation handling, and overall booking reliability.
These improvements continue to increase successful appointment completion while reducing edge-case failures.

As Alpha Drive 3.0 continues to evolve, it’s important to remember that meaningful performance trends emerge over time.
Individual days can be influenced by unusual call patterns or low sample sizes. As call volume increases over several days, these one-off variations naturally balance out, allowing us—and our dealership partners—to evaluate improvements with much greater confidence.
