Alpha Drive 3.0.1 is the first proof of that promise: a focused release that makes every service call sharper in the three moments that matter most — recognizing the caller, booking the right service, and keeping the conversation moving.

Smarter caller recognition

Your customers expect to be greeted like the regulars they are. In 3.0.1, we've upgraded how the platform interprets CRM lookup results, so the AI knows with certainty whether a caller has an account on file. Returning customers get a personalized experience from the first seconds of the call. New callers are welcomed and asked for their details — no guesswork, no mix-ups.

For dealer groups, we've also strengthened how the platform identifies which rooftop a call belongs to, so customer lookups resolve quickly and consistently across every store you operate.

Booking the right service, the first time

A booked appointment is only a win if it matches what the customer asked for. This release brings a major upgrade to how the AI maps a customer's request — "I need an oil change," "my brakes are squeaking" — to the exact operation codes configured in your scheduler.

The AI now asks the right qualifying questions (gas or diesel? which model year?) and dynamically selects the correct op code for the vehicle, rather than relying on static mappings. We've validated this across the highest-volume service categories: oil changes, brake service, scheduled maintenance, and recall and emissions work.

Alongside this:

  • Transportation options — waiter, drop-off, and more — now sync directly from your scheduling system across all rooftops.
  • Per-day operating hours are fully supported, including distinct Saturday schedules and closed days, so the AI only offers times you can actually honor.

Conversations that recover like a pro

Real phone calls are messy — numbers get cut off, callers change their mind mid-sentence, systems hiccup. 3.0.1 makes the AI noticeably better at these moments. If a phone number comes through incomplete, the AI simply asks the caller to repeat it and moves on. Behind the scenes, booking requests are validated more tightly before they're sent, reducing failed attempts and keeping every call moving toward a confirmed appointment.
