This update is currently finishing beta testing with Apple Ford and will be rolled out to all dealers by October 1st.

  • Advanced Rescheduling: Rescheduling now leverages Techwall’s new update feature endpoint for greater flexibility.
  • In-Call Appointment Updates: Customers can update appointments on the same call, improving experience and eliminating duplicates.
  • Natural Conversation Flow: Dead air is now filled with natural filler words, discourse markers, and hesitations, making the AI sound more human and relatable.
  • Better Monitoring & Insights: New logging for latency detection and enhanced sentiment scoring helps dealerships track CX more precisely.
